We’re halfway through July and the heat, the hustle, and the halfway point of summer can seriously zap my focus. But I’ve found one trick that helps me kickstart my energy on Wednesdays — scent. Not just any scent…intentional, energizing scent.

Here’s my midweek fragrance formula for clearing out mental cobwebs and getting back into alignment. 🌼
